  Today we are pleased to report that this year our colleagues from Russia are going to implement a large-scale program by restoration of the lift fleet in St. Petersburg.
According to the information portal «State Order», city authorities are ready to allocate from the local budget one and a half billion rubles for repair and modernization of lifts in 204 high-rise buildings. It is planned to restore more than 700 lifts. It is really not clear who exactly will implement the program. At the present time the city administration is holding a competition among contracting companies that specialize in the repair and replacement of lifts. In terms of the agreement it is stated that the equipment will be provided by a particular manufacturer.
